Why does FCO require funds to open a mine idjit? Do you not know what happens once the ROD et all are completed?

Well a Major or 2 will fight over the company   lolol. FCO management will jv it out for royalties and lots of cash or will sell it outright. Either way the FCO shareholders stand to make a nice chunk of change.

They get the permits and the Majors start knocking on the door, the sp goes to 20 bucks plus. Don't laugh. There are one heck of a pile of gold anomalies there as well!!
