RE: If this company isn;t a take over target

RE: If this company isn;t a take over targetTakeover?  Probably only in your dreams in this economic climate.  What is CLL's cost to produce each barrel of oil?  If they are losing money on each and every barrel, the cash situation can only go one way.  And its not up.

Why would the big boys want a small company that is not profitable?  The majors aren't even developing their own reserves.  And what other small company is going to spend precious cash (if they have any) to take over a money losing operation, especially at a price higher than the current share price?

This story may not have a happy ending, which is why investors are jumping ship.  If the company really does have a buck fifty in cash per share, maybe they should just dole out the cash to the share holders and hold an auction sale.
