RE: 3 questions1) Capital is a problem for Look. McGoey believes they can survive, but this can't be confirmed. At this point, if nothing happens, they're done. This could be part of the reason the share prices are so low still...no one wants to invest money in a sinking ship knowing full well that this "auction" might end WITHOUT a successful bid.

2) I believe the first week of March is when this whole shebang should be done. As for share price - it's anybody's guess. Some here feel that it should already be $1+, but clearly the Market is dictating otherwise. When all is said and done we need 1 thing to happen before we see a positive impact on sharholder value - and that's an accepted bid. I've seen guestimates ranging from $2 to $10...it will depend on what the bid is, and what management decides to do.

3) Trader is best when ignored. I wouldn't even classify him as a basher anymore...
