A short term gamble?
1. 3 insiders buying (Reznik, Rees, Bitove) from late Nov. to present...not huge, but not insignificant (designed to mislead? (Doubt it)
2.Many very large volume trades over the last while were within the same brokerages and not "farmed" out as with market makers dealing in "sells".
3. The sell off here as elsewhere is to get shares off books of major holders to look better for 2009.
4. Reduced expenses/reduced work force by 30%.
5. Even with burn and possible payouts since Sept. 30th ICS should have 9 cents + per share
However, if something positive doesn't happen in the next 4-6 weeks (possibilities aptly outlined by others here) then ICS potential diminishes rapidly....those still working need to be paid, etc.
At 5cents a share (most likely for today anyway if you put in such a bid), ICS appears to be a good short term bet.
But in this market, obviously it remains just a guess on my part. If it has a run I will be gone sooner than later.
