I see following things in favor of this stock:

Tax loss sell done

Probably margin calls and hedge fund redemption done today.

Almost all weak hands got washed out.

Fear already priced in.

Shelly news around the corner.

Nice Christmas Rally is due. 

Obama rally on the way.

Possible buyout anytime.

Government now own RBS and RBS will continue backing OIL for their own interest.

Sometimes better go against the flow to make big money.
