Harp Conversation and Stock Action

Harp Conversation and Stock ActionI was able to speak to Harp briefly today, which I have not been able to do since about Monday.  He is aware of the confusion concerning the results, which included my self.  Harp told me that what he is thinking of doing is hold a CC for when the second round of results are finished.  I asked him that if he does do a CC to have a representative from Echo Labs to field questions and perhaps get Ross McMaster on the call as well.  This suggestion was well received and I think this will do a whole lot to inform investors about Mkuvia and the sample testing.  Harp will likely get in contact with me later to clarify the results and clean up some confusion.  If he does, I'll post tomorrow afternoon if not earlier.

We were talking of the price action of the stock and said he did not agree with me that it was entirely due to the results.  What he told me is a Form 144 filer was all over him to authorize the selling of his large position Monday.  This was a person associated with a PP a long time ago who bought shares at less than a dime.  The 144 guy may have sold over a half million shares this week.  I told Harp that his selling could not have come at a worse time, which he agreed.  So from the 144 dude to Des: Merry Christmas!  To the rest of us longs: Bah Humbug!  It appears to me the seller need cash quickly and may have waited for the results to come out to sell.  Had he had better planning, he should have bled out his shares over the last three weeks.

For those who have emailed or called me, please wait until late tomorrow for me to get back with you.
