questions for directors

questions for directors

Doesn't it bother you that we have had the best year ever and the share value has dropped over 50% in the past six months.

July gold was trading at 890CDN and we had a couple million in the bank with some outstanding royalty payments still to come. Stock price was at $1.30. Plus we had the GBS wts as a stone around our necks.

December 2008 we have 20M in the bank, no debt, no Royalty left to pay, gold trading at $1060CDN as of Friday good exploration project s in Tanzania, warrent burden reduced and the stock is trading at 0.60$.

Question is, where do you have the 20M parked so that it is not bossting our share price? How big is the risk?
What are you going to do about it? And please don't site the market conditions crap, that line has been overplayed. Other gold stocks are moving up, some with a lot less and far more debt than MDN. Can we expect support from our directors and management in 2009? Many of us shareholders have been providing our support for years so maybe its time for a little reward our way. How about no bonus and no options for directors and management this year and you buy MDN shares instead?

Lets all have a Happy New for MDN longs.
