Great time to build

Great time to buildThis is the time that a project like Pebble should be building.
Money is cheap.
Trades, engineers and skilled labor are available.
Equipment is available at a reasonable cost.
Governments need to provide employment and establish a tax base.
Environmental permitting is more attainable because the nut bags are held in check by the logical thinkers that know mines can coexist and contribulte to the area being developed.
Commodity prices will come back about the time the mine is ready for production. Case in point is Antamina. $2.3B project that hit the markets perfectly but was often considered foolish during its engineering and construction.

The owners of this project are well aware of all these points and then some. This stock is a no brainer at the present price.
