It's difficult to make heads or tails of anyone's motives here on a public board.  Who knows as he/she may be trying to fill their pockets cheap?

The fact that UEX has no debt, a smaller float than some of its peers (with no need for dilution), a very healthy exploration budget and imminent drill results were good enough for moi.  I was a buyer this morning.  On top of that I believe we are near or at the bottom where Uranium prices are concerned.
