oilThere were 4 bidders but one dropped out due to the other bidding prices! I am not sure if this is a all cash deal or a paper deal, personally i would rather see the paper deal as i am not being told that a all cash deal would be for more than 1.80/ share, as much as i would like to say 3-5 dollars.
