insider trading?

insider trading?Can someone give me a list of the most recent insider trading?

I checked the OILEXCO website and found out that the one guy, William Fraser, who was selling all of his shares is affiliated with cannacorp.  When the directors voted against the new security issue (which was to be issued through cannacorp), I wonder if this guy resigned (or is resigning) from the board.  Anyone know?
