Wording of the last NR.

Wording of the last NR.
This all thing doesn't make sense, what is getting me is the wording of the last news release.

"Oilexco North Sea Ltd. (ONSL), intends to file petitions for administration in the High Court in the United Kingdom as soon as reasonably practicable, but likely as early as next week."

Company doesn't say it will file petition for sure next week but it said "as soon as reasonably practicable, but likely as early as next week" to me this sound like company is talking to the potential buyers.......if we don't get what we want then we will likely file petition as early as next week but to me likely is not definitive that they will do that and wording of "as soon as reasonably practicable"  can also mean as soon as February or March or 2011.
I think it is much more going on here than we all know, good luck!  IMHO
