Questions from "the new guy".

Questions from "the new guy".Hello All,

I've been following LUX for a while now but am new to this bullboard.  Currently, I do not have a position but at the current valuation I am seriously considering buying some shares.  I would appreciate the board's thoughts regarding the following questions:

1. Does anyone think that another offer might come in (perhaps from a larger defence company) to top the current $0.10 deal?

2. If the promissory note is payable in three years - does the stock stay public until the note is paid?  I'm not sure what the rules are for taking a company private.

Thanks for your help.

-K
