A massive INCONGRUITY

A massive INCONGRUITY
I am not understating Geerafs intellect or knowledge on the subject, but he has stated a massive Incongruince. We "EV" are over there in Serbia in front a Judge which obides by the laws of the land. When he stated:
"What EV management has to do is stop acting like a bunch of rookies, which they are, relatively speaking, and show some professional presence.  Show that they can truly develop this, not just be a stock play.  The Serbs need the jobs and revenue."

He appears to be saying that the judge will throw out the laws that bind their society because we "Erin management" are less experienced than Rio...... Obviosly. Should every junior just give up their hard word to Rio, Goldcorp, Barrick etc.
In terms that the Serbs need jobs: Was it not Erin that developed the property while Rio sat on it doing nothing to advance the potential of a mine. EV and Rio are both interested in Stock Plays. Erin wants to develope the area, Rio wants to keep it from being developed to keep Boron prices up.
