RE: nothing adding upwhy does that not add up?  If there is a deal, it's not going to stop admin., unless it's been in the works, and they are just pimping the last details.  This thing isn't going to disappear in administration.  I'm not saying admin. is great news, but it's a temp. solution to Oilexco's problems...hopefully.
