Everyone is entitled to an opinion drillbit, but that doesnot mean you are entitled to spend an unreasonable amount of time, for an unreasonableduration of time, vehemently trying to convince people not to buy a stock usinghalf-truths, exaggerations and biased opinions. You have done this with a vigorand commitment that I have never witnessed before from a poster againstany other stock. If anybody is going to be the target of a lawsuit there’s noquestion who that poster is going to be.

You have stated yourself that your reason for bashing LBEwas not so much that you think Liberty Mines is a bad company, but because you wereoffended by a few select Stockhouse posters who happened to be LBE shareholders.Hardly a justifiable reason for what you’ve been doing for quite some time now;especially in the eyes of a judge.

Fact is, you’ve been attempting to spearhead an assault onthis company and persuade potential investors not to buy this stock for long time. The vast majority of the shareholders and potential shareholders who post on, or just simply read this board havedone nothing to offend you, nor the company you portray as Liberty's rival. I would suggest you find something moreconstructive to do with your time.
