RE: RE: RE: RE: Property appraisals,1:3 rollbackOf course there's a possibility;  at a low enough price, just about anything will sell.  Though ISTM that REITs would like to hold on to cash and not tap the equity market in the current environment, so I'd be surprised to see WRK taken out.  Your guess is as good as mine as to the probability of WRK being acquired.
