Charlie, I want you AND any other poster to list the "PROMISES" [please note the quote] that Sage has made to us OVER and OVER again. Perhaps that will help clear the air somewhat. As an example, PLEASE  be sure that you list  ONLY those occurances where the company  was SOLELY responsible for the break in a PLEDGE or VOW they made because as you know, that is the definition of a promise.  I think alot of guys and gals here have heard things that the company said [or others said the company said] and took to much to heart what the company believed they could accomplish and then took that expectation for a pledge or vow from them, when in fact it may have been a goal or belief that they could do such-in-such in such-in-such time frame.  The reason I say that Charlie is because of something that Mike O' Brien said directly to me. When you hear this you will have to either agree that perhaps you and others might have read to much into what the company was trying to convey OR  Charlie, they [or myself] are liars and without any integrity whatsoever.

Here is a direct quote from Mike to me, "Jerry ,I NEVER made a PROMISE [remember that is a vow or a pledge] to anyone concerning Sage Gold 's business" . "Jerry, you can NEVER promise anything in this business. To many things can happen" That sounds pretty direct to me and I confess that I have "cleverly or not so", tried to pump Mike O' Brien for information and get a solid confirmation on some matter.  I was a NYPD policeman for 25 years and I kind of know how to ask questions in an off-handed or 'clever' way in order to get some info and I never suceeded with Mike. He just would not take the bait. LOL. Charlie he is very positive about Sage Gold and can get somewhat exicited but he never crossed the line in the of giving out with info nor did he EVER make a promise. Never Charlie and I tried hard to get a comitment from him.

Charlie I seperated that quote so that you and others can clearly see/hear what was said to me by a company representative. Again, it is either a case of taking something to much to heart that the company hoped to do, perhaps a statement was made out of context OR in some way something got lost in the communication OR Charlie, you, others, myself or Mike are liars. Now with the proper ground work for discussion in place, PLEASE list those VOWS and PLEDGES that the company made to us AND failed to keep.
