And someone seemingly likes the direction of the last announcements. Could be just walking it up, but on such a poor stock day ICS is showing unusual strength that may very well continue for a few weeks perhaps. That would be a key in this market.
Who knows, perhaps a longer term hold for some, but my interest is the next 2-3 weeks.
