Talked to President Don

Talked to President DonI spoke with President Don last night.  He indicated that the deferral of the mine shaft was in part do to GG indecision as to where the main shaft, very important, should be located.  He indicated that the GG decision would have no impact on Eastmain time table.  Also, GG is obligated to continue their financial support or the project would kick back to the joint venture, and Eastmain has 20 million bucks in the bank.

IMO, the short term impact is obvious.  Don't know if this will last until clarification is provided or longer.  Long term, Eastmain still remains a very strong investment with 3 excellent properties and the money to move forward especially when so many JVs are under or unfunded.  Then, Eastmain could also become a buyout target should the up coming drill results come back with significant expansion which many believe will happen.

good luck!
