No good alluvial deposits ???

No good alluvial deposits ???We must consider the fact that most of the gold discovered and mined out for several thousand years was mostly alluvial deposits which were, of course, on top of the ground and easier to find not hidden under ground.   Men explored,  walked over and searched  most of the surface of the earth looking for precious metals long before  core drilling and mechanized mining and obviously panned out most of the easy stuff.   That might account for the present day scarcity of  old time prospectors roaming around Nevada, California, Arizona, Alaska, Canada and Mexico etc.  For most of history no gold or silver was discovered below a few feet deep.      The alluvial gold at Mkuvia will eventually be mined out too......gone forever.     What intrigues me is what might be deposited at it's Mother Load source...underground somewhere upstream on this Mkuvia  property.
