RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: another NR...increased financiYes ugly dilution from 74.805 million  shares O/S and 86.02 million  fully diluted to potentially 107.5 million shares O/S and 135 million f.d. all in addition to the market crash from over $12 per share in mid-year 2008 to $0.29 close on Dec 18, 2008.
I have been a purchaser in the $0.40's as previous posts here reflect......I consider the most recent financing with mixed feelings, but primarily as good under the overall circumstances......clear decision in my perspective to finish the planned 50,000 expansion and not reduce CAPEX and "hunker-down" at the current 25,000 expansion phase.....this is excellent news looking out 2 years IMHO........however the dilution is very considerable, but it is what we now have,
