RE: RE: Congratulations to mgmt

RE: RE: Congratulations to mgmtWell, you have to look at why they would do this now (other than they might obtain near free shares).  They do own significant shares already but most likely are at higher prices.  Also,  if there is a buyer of Lindero, in the current financial/acquisition environment the price is not going to be significantly higher (ie. approaching previous highs or higher).  Everyone wants a freebie.  If management is going to give their approval to a $1 or $1.5 a share buyout then sure as hell they are going to want to cash in something for all the work they have done on this property.   I highly doubt they are thinking they are buying 20cent shares and are going to be able to flip them for $4 anytime soon.
I can live with that because really they didn't have the option to sell any of their shares when they were trading at $4.
So my guess is that they are issuing these offensive options because we are not going to see significantly higher prices in todays environment if they want Lindero sold.   Nobody is out there jumping all over the good juniors that are in the same position as MDR.

I hope you suckers bought some cheap shares to offset the high price ones, because $3 is not going to be happening anytime soon.
