RE: June Oil Prices

RE: June Oil Prices
You may want to check the futures contracts and see if there is anything strength to that thesis.

I think oil goes lower before recovery but people aren't going to stayed bummed out forever - I grant you that.  But you need to be thinking 1 year or longer to see those prices I think.

That said,  all it takes is for the lid to blow off the middle east and you will $125 oil...  almost instantly.

It's really simple.  What drives the price of oil.  Supply !  While the Saudis valiantly attempt to cutback production to affect the price of oil,  the consumer drastically cuts back consumption because they are rapidly becoming unemployed and stressed with debt.

Who will win this battle ?  That's where you need to put your savvy.

Not sure what your consortium's investment time frame is but I got my last position out at .85¢ short term and re-purchase if we visit .60¢  -  at .95¢ we were already half way to target price almost and I think in this market,  oil is slippery ( no pun intended but did I get points for it ??? LOL ).

Long term this is a fabulous investment...  IMHO - only an opinion so please don't jump on my head...  TIA - GLTA
