Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations announces the following index changes:

- The Toronto Stock announced today that Oilexco Inc.
(TSX:OIL) will be delisted after the close of Monday, February 9,
2009, for failure to meet the continued listing requirements of the
TSX. Oilexco will be removed from the S&P/TSX Composite and Capped
