Are you fellows watching some other site? ( with full document and clauses)

Than   that  legislature  site  ,

I see so little detail in the media   min by min  brief postings
( which I scanned for a 4-5 hour period)
that I can't see how you can possibly  get any info ( or true debate)
on the document articles  (  paragraphs)
and how changes  are/were incorporated

Need to wait for media to issue  full document

I have yet to ever  see  the full Draft  Act  posted or linked
