I would guess the 1 cent days are over, most small caps have seemed to come off their December lows and are hanging in there, even with a gloomy market again.  At 1 cent VAA had a market cap of under 3 million dollars which is way too low for their assets - a producing diamond mine, Brauna kimberlites potential and Candle Lake.  Even at today's market cap VAA is cheap when you consider what it will be when the economy rebounds and people have money to buy diamonds again.
