As far as the warrants go the would probably be counted in the total outstanding share calculation in a buyout situation. As far as being concerned about the size of their drilling area you sir need not worry, the exsisting land package may not be huge in comparison to other explorer's but that is because they have already narrowed down the search area to only the mineralized zone, so it has proven that by purchasing the old drill cores from cvrd they have gained so much geological knowledge of the property which shows them now where to drill and not blindly which is saving them alot of money but also alot of money burning time!
