RE: Now that the ranting and raving has died..I agree with a lot of what you said; especially that there is no point in yelling because it simply won't do any good. I would have preferred they let the SP slip to 2 cents fast as that would have allowed the rest of us to buy in and likely significantly reduced the time it took to drop. At that point the management group still could have had enough shares to alter their life and pursued a financing at the rate we've all been led to believe was possible/likely ( and do it much sooner ) . I personally thought even in a cash grap situation the warrents were over the top - they deserve to make a ton of money on this IF it works out due the time they've invested. The question that begs to be answered is what is a ton; is it 40 million or is 200 million ? Although they are using their money ( assuming it gets spent ) they wouldn't have any trouble getting the shareholders to pony up. To me the warrents were excessive greed at the expense of shareholders who for years have demonstrated patience and loyalty - IMHO it was wrong and unethical.
