I do not understand what the issue is? I was at the shareholder's meeting.  I can confirm that there was a shareholders list.  I read the list.  Yes. Telus owns approximately 6 million shares. Note: There were two lists, each listing Telus owning under 3 million shares (2.8 etc give or take).   Do not take my word for it , call Peter Block, he was at the meeting and he is the PR guy.  If you want his number contact Look. Peter can confirm:

1) That there was a list. 
2) That Telus is a shareholder with approximately  6 million shares.
3) He might even confirm or deny that Telus was not in favor of  todays vote.

The point I am making is, if any one have any issue do your own DD.   Make the call.
