RE: RE: RE: Anyone expecting a cal back from IR?

"Well, I had two main ones....When I talked to IR, the feeling I got was they were either hoping to get recapped and go after their own assets, or make enough ina sale to get some shareholder value....and after perusing the NR's it seems to me (just reding between the lines) that a sale is the main plan of attack.....this is all good and fine, but what I'd like to know is: Is reaching a deal with creditors, and getting ONSL solvent, and back under the control of Oilexco with all or most assets even on the table? Is it likely? possible? or just not in the cards?

And second, ask him If they still plan on getting recapped by another bank, and if they do, how is the progress coming....ask him if they expect it to happen or not....of course he'll preobably lead you to believe they do, but you can tell a lot by the hemming and hawing and reading between the lines...."

Regharding the recap possibility, ask IR if their plan would be to recap ONSL or OIL, and the reason behind their preference?
