 I am not a lawyer,but I have been in some tussels and even as a little guy ,costs are a scary thing.Reason being, when you're assigned costs,you can not cry uncle and back track.Also,if the court views your case as an obvious waste of court time, citing precedence,Samsung, Rim,......look out.As the old man used to say "if you stole the cookie,own up to it and things will be a lot easier on you".
 Obviously, I am a simple man,but I believe Skippen has 'em all on the legal ropes.Also,JS must see a hefty sum coming in order to take McKool off contingency.Even chartwise, WIN.T has ascending higher lows off the bottom, looks good right now.Here,s to hoping.IMHO
