The Company owns over 221 hotels with approximately 37,000 rooms or suites located in over 36 states, in the District of Columbia, Ontario, Canada and San Juan, Puerto Rico. It owns approximately 752 service-oriented retail properties with over 13.3 million square feet located in approximately 42 states. The Company’s net lease portfolio is occupied by over 175 tenants, which is operating approximately 137 brands in over 21 industries. The Company's net lease portfolio is leased to tenants that include travel centers, quick service and casual dining restaurants, movie theaters, health and fitness centers, grocery stores, automotive parts and services and other businesses in service-oriented and necessity-based industries.

sold at .84i sold at .84 shortly after the call....  I feel this is a good company long term, but there are better places to be until the evironmnt clears, and the company actually starts to prove itself. This much hyped comcast deal did not end up having the pull it was hyped up to. Also the risk involved in the FCC ruling that is upcoming will kep the stock low until it is clarified. I will buy back in once the stock is .50 to .60  that is where i think it is going, and like usual it will have its pre call spike, whther it retreats again or not is up to the company. I think based on the current economic climate he company has done pretty good for itself.
