Had enough of this one.  Also think more bad news coming before it turns, if it turns.  Best case scenario is $15 million capital needed and terms need to be rengotiated with Nomos to spread out sizeable repayment due in FY09. 

If they can get debt financing, stock should go up.  I'm more inclined to think they will extend payment terms via corporate guarantee and raise $$$ through another non-brokered private placement to be followed by a share rollback 10:1.

I may come back once their plans are announced.
