Mr. ObamaI'm not an oil analyst but only a small time investor. The way I see it is like this. The USA needs to restart it's economy. If it drags it's heels CAX's wells will dry up and no new projects to replace them. The SP will drop to 2 or 3 cents or zero and we all lose. Yes, I know there's cash in the bank but that will only last so long until the end, (don't forget about the bank loan). The management team is another issue altogether. Perhaps a buy out or merger would help, can't really say.
I hope Mr. Obama has the answers and pulls the right levers/pushes the right buttons etc.
