RE: commnet ofr M from M on US and Canada.........No, I'm just a Canuck that likes to trade the U.S. markets. The Canadian markets are pretty boring to me.
I don't have anything special setup, I just trade on line through my U.S. dollar account with RBC Action Direct.
I have an account with Bloomfield as well for my real time Level II market depth which is a must.
