RE: Tanzanian Mining Act...

RE: Tanzanian Mining Act...Hi Mr Coconut, thanks for confirming what Douglas has said earlier time and time again. Confirm a resource, make a mining license application and after approval, begin production. Consider that alluvial is so much quicker as it is more environmentally benign as opposed to other mining methods.  The hiring of Tanzinamex back in August was the start of that process of confirming a resource and making the mining application. It appears Tanzinanmex is familiar with this process as they have done this numerous times in Tanzania.  And if you re-read the backgrounds of the Tanzanians on Douglas's board you will gain the confidence that I have that the mining license application will not be unduly slow.
Re; the financials in which you are searching for problems, a discerning look would reveal improvements of available cash, reduced debt, and a good use of proceeds,  all of which are much greater factors as opposed to your narrow focus.
Considering the 2 facts that Douglas was essentially broke with little hope last spring and that Douglas's first look at this property was only last April, they have come a long way in less than a year.
I would welcome Mr. Toby's comments on this.
