I just can't consider owning shares in a company that has a CEO with a vested interest in suppressing shareholder value so that he can take it private for a cheap price.

It is a massive conflict of interest and I'm surprised that the Board would support the deal.  Unless, of course, there is truly no other alternative besides going to zero.

Good luck to all shareholders... and be careful with this one!
