No lawsuit? No bull?Why would Barker seemingly be sitting in the weeds with the threat of a lawsuit mixed in with such a potentially good announcement?
Companies, or for that matter, any person should never threaten others without following through. They could lose whatever credibility they may have had. Posters and potential investors may then think everything Barker posts is just BULL....
Good directors definitely need to WEED out everything that may have a detrimental effect on a company's direction.
Barker, no doubt, will respond to those who keep posting its address and phone number...then we'll get the answers and be assured.
Or, Barker could just give another release re: the LAWSUIT? Without any BULL.....
