RE: That's not pessimistic!Ltholder, being pessimistic was the timing of the revenues as 12 million figure was expected for end of 2009 fiscal year not 2010 so I pushed the numbers back by a year. Will see how the next quarter stacks up for revenue.
Not sure about the exact profit margins but need to look at the net earnings which would be less than 50%. Net 10-20% profit of sales is probably more realistic initially unitl they can scale up operations. .ie. you only have one head office so by adding a second greenhouse your revenues double but your headoffice expesnses would not double.
As well there is always options to lease existing non-productive greenhouses versus contrusting form scratch to conserve cash and for addional leverage.
