You never can predict the future - certainly not in the case of NGG - but typically mining companies release a quarterly production figure in advance of the earnings report not a monthly production figure. Having said that occaisonally more frequent reports are released for stocks attempting to reassure the market or to announce the sucessful achievement of commercial production levels.

As a side note to Furman's original post - NGG is anticipating 4,500 Oz Au for the entire first quarter.
