Date of Barker's "TASKING"?

Anyone get through and get a definitive answer re: Barker's threatened lawsuit date? Anyone who has defamed Barker and/or its management deserves to be taken to task. It's reprehensible that anyone would do such a thing.

I applaud Barker for the announcement of its potential lawsuit, but am concerned that it places a burden on Barker.

Unfortunately, Barker won't release any details re: its potential lawsuit. Why does some poster keep suggesting to contact Barker? Very strange.

Time coming soon re: the lawsuit. When the directors make the decision Barker will clear the air with a release ....unless you can get a material answer from Barker over the phone re: the lawsuit. Someone keeps suggesting you can get such info. from Barker over the phone, but reputable companies don't work like that. Is that poster suggesting that Barker is not reputable? Why would he do that?

Anyway, I am awaiting Barker's next announcement to clear the air and make investors happy.
