Just talked to Ron Nicols earlier ...

Just talked to Ron Nicols earlier ...I wanted to ask him a few questions, so here's what he said.  They're almost done the one study they're working one, which was initially a scoping study, but has been upscaled to a pre-feasibility study.  After he approves it, along with several other engineer's signatures, they'll be sending it to the Exchange for approval.  The exchange may have it in a week, and may take another week to approve and post it.   This pre-feasibility study will set the guidelines on what more to do to get to the feasibility stage, and is usually detailed enough to get withing +/- 25% estimated capital costs for starting up Shafter.  After this is done, then then can shop it around to see who is interested to fund it, with SLW being one of, if not the first, but for a smaller % than was agreed on La Negra.  Right now La Negra is still running and fighting to stay above water.  The company still has about 1.6 million in the bank plus Mexican tax refunds (if they ever arrive) so they're ok to stay afloat.  As for Ron Nicols selling of shares, it was for tax loss selling purposes only, and he's repurchased the shares already.  Also, no other directors sold any except for Antonio, so all of the others are still hanging onto their shares.  To me, IMHO, things still shound positive for the future.
