I wonder?...

I wonder?...Its been a very long time since the announced acquisition date and still no information circular.  This is highly unusual.

If you talked to the company when it was announced I believe it was supposed to be issued before Christmas.  I understand it is now the first week of February.

If there is a further delay beyond the first week of February then everybody should be very suspicious.

I've been on George Forrest website and I can't get any real information.  No financials of any kind.  No discussion on total revenues or employees.  Besides shares in Katanga I don't see any many (or any) asset that appears to be of substantial value (i.e., clearly worth more than $100 mm).

Stock has been moving-up so I assume everything's a go.  There will be people more in the know than I would be.  But I wouldn't  be surprised if the buying "bailed" given that uranium prices are stagnant and credit markets remain strained.  Is it possible that it is taking so long because there are financing issues?  Yes, the acquisition is not dependent on financing.  But that's a moot point.  You can offer to buy a house with no conditions, but if at closing time you've got no money what can the seller do?
