RE: deal closes Feb.27

RE: deal closes Feb.27I acknowledge that the only thing I know about George Forrest Group is from their web site.  I didn't find many things of serious consequence (i.e., assets that clearly appeared to be worth well in excess of $100 mm).  But again, I have no additional insights of George Forrest other than its website.

So if anybody can point out to details I would certainly like to see it.

"joeking09":  You say that George Forrest established in 1992, is family owned and employs 30,000 people.

If you make this statement it must be for one of two reasons.  A) You are close to the company and thus really know this company.  If you do what can you provide to this forum to let us know more about these guys; B)  You have gotten third-party information (newspapers, magazines, reports, etc.).

If you are neither A) or B) then under what basis are making these statements?  If you only say "Somebody told me" that is hardly evidence that fully supports the claim that George Forrest is what you say it is.  I'm not saying it isn't either.  I just can't find any information that supports that it is a substantial organization.  Their website does not state how many employees it has.
