independant certicomIndependant Certicom will not survive with this board and management. They have not been able to do anthing in the past and will not do anything in the future.The only way for this management to be taught a lesson if Rim buys this and kicks the management out. They will not settle with this mediocre management which is why Certicom management will not support Rim's buyout.
