I posted the response from the company's IR earlier today in regards to the Chinese Web site. I will post it again

Quote........ I have inquired with the company on this issue. They are investigating the matter.
Wuxi Formen Technical Co., is the Company's contract manufacturer in China
and no one is currently selling it there. The website that this ad appears
on is like an eBay reselling site. They believe that this post was a mistake
but are looking into the matter.
