Financial Times UK Article - Oilexco hope?

Financial Times UK Article - Oilexco hope?could someone assist and post this article and highlight the important parts listed below
it is 2am in Vancouver and what am i doing, scouring the net re OILEXCO,what a life...
The article is written by Ed Crooks and is titled "Tullow Oil to announce 400 million pound share plan"
The intersting part is half way thru the article, when he talks about Oilexco, and the CEO or Tullow states:

"the talk by the banks is that we are number one on their list for energy finance"

wonder who deserves to be number 2 on the list???

I would appreciate it if you could also forward this article to Rob at OILEXCO as I think they should be aware that a company in the same debt situation 3 months ago is now on a road to recovery. They sold some of their stakes in oil leases in the North Sea and a gas processing plant to raise over $400 million dollars.

I believe that the OILEXCO lawyers should be pursuing legal remedy if we were misled during the financing phase and the bridge loan process?
I know we are in ADMIN and they were not, but the story is so similar and the outcome gives some hope if RBS is vulnerable legally and have shown an interest to focus on energy financing as stated above.

may the Karma be with us all
