Any feedback re: lawsuit from the show?

No trading yet.  Is the threatened lawsuit holding back anything?  Everything?

I phoned according to someone who posted Barker contacts over and over and over...  Is  that person liable for distracting potential investors away from Barker by consistently posting nonsense?

Follow that poster's repeated suggestion and what do you get?   The main people are at the "show" for the week.

Hopefully Barker will start trading sometime soon to reflect the input at the show instead of perhaps reflecting a fear of investing in a company that has a potential lawsuit coming up.

The directors can't be     happy     with someone giving out the contact info. and then not having anyone there to answer a caller's questions other than that the main(or some such) people are at the "show".

Is the repeated gibberish from the "contacts" person supposed to help Barker?  Or is it a ruse to discredit the company?   It certainly isn't clear and must be a huge distraction for those running the company and trying to get support at the "show".    The compulsive need to keep responding to posters does not lend credibility to this individual and takes away from Barker potential, in my estimation.   

Maybe the threatened lawsuit will clear things up; although if I were a Barker  director I know who would be at the top of the list.....    however, opinions are cheap..... just like mine....     happy days all...ya hear.   there ya go.....
