Beta Phase Testing

Beta Phase TestingThe Beta Phase testing of their web based delivery system should be completed by the end of this month. Appparently it only takes a few weeks. Surprisingly NOVA should be fully operational by March 31st. I hope they introduce it with alot of fanfare.
